Candy Flowers

So simple and impossibly adorable. I've done these for little girls, for baby showers, and birthday parties. Use long lasting flowers that don't need to be in water immediatly otherwise they will start to wilt. And using water in the vessel causes the candy to look disgusting. Best of all candy can be eaten as the party nears an end.

You’ll need
1 cup or other small vase
1 floral frog
Floral clay (available at craft supply stores)
Flowers
Tropical flavored Skittles, or other bright candy

What you'll do
Step 1: Adhere frog to bottom of the cup using Floral clay
Step 2: Arrange flowers in the frog - you only need a few flowers.
Step 3: Pour candy over the base of the flowers covering the frog completely.

*Most flowers will last 3-4 hours without water. choose a woody stemmed flower for the best results. I like to use gerbera daisies, roses, sunflowers, and irises - to name a few.
